Christy Pasqual

My name is Christy Pasqual, and I have lived in the heart of Tumwater, Washington my entire life. I met my husband in 2016 in Northern California, and we got married in 2019. We have a very spoiled black lab named Jet, who loves the water and long walks. We spend most of our time enjoying the outdoors, traveling, spending time with family, and going to car shows! I went to Dental Assisting School fresh out of High School, thinking it would be a long-term career for me. After a few years, I spread my wings and took on an entirely new career in Property Management. Big change of scenery! Real Estate was the next and biggest step for me, and so far, has been the best decision I have ever made. 

Managing Rental Properties and Apartment Communities for years has taught me that searching for the perfect home and relocating can be super stressful and that integrity and effective communication are key. You are going to want someone who sees your vision, and puts your wants and needs first. I thoroughly understand the importance of meeting deadlines, closing contracts, as well as meeting needs and addressing concerns. Client's happiness has always been my highest priority, and I strive to maintain a positive, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
