  • Write short, medium, and long property descriptions to work with various advertising media character limits. For especially feature-rich homes we hire a professional writer. (example)
  • Format the photos for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and most Social Media
  • Format the photos for a slide show visual tour
  • Create the Visual Tour Slide Presentation (example)
  • Create either a Level 1 (example) or Level 2 (example) dedicated webpage
  • We set up your home with all data, photos, and supplements in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service prior to the launch date so we can get an early jump on propagating your home throughout the Internet on launch day.
  • Activate the listing in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service
  • Display the home, 3D walkthrough (if applicable) and Visual Tour on the Public Home Search Portals like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.
  • Display the Visual Tour on the Facebook WEBREALTY Page
