Get a Head Start on the Paperwork

When selling a home, there is a lot of paperwork to deal with before, during, and after your home goes under contract. This page has some of the preliminary documents we will need. Some are required either by the NWMLS or the government. In addition, we have provided forms which will help in the marketing of your home and with answering various questions that often come up from other brokers and potential buyers.

If your home was built in 1978 or sooner, you do not need to fill out the Lead-Based Paint form. 

Also, there are a couple of examptions for having to fill out the Seller Disclosure form.
